GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Inscription and Deposit

1- In order to book a course it is necessary that you send to Zahama Idiomas the inscription form, duly filled in, by post or fax or by Email using the form online.

2- Once we have received your inscription, we shall forward to you a confirmation notice of the course and/or the accommodation you have chosen.

3- A deposit is required of 125 Euro plus 50 % of the accommodation rental price which you have selected, within 30 days befote the beginning of the course, by bank transfer.

4- Please send a photocopy of the bank receipt/warrant to Zahama-Iidomas by fax or Email.

5- When we receive your inscription and the corresponding deposit, again we shall confirm your assistence to the course you have chosen.

Age required for assistence:

The minimum age required to participate in an individual course is 18 years. There is no limit of age to join any of our courses. In case of a group of young people under 18, they must come accompanied by a tutor.

Group of Activities

The minimum number necessary to form a dancing group or to practise any other sports activity, shoudl be at least three persons.

Right of expulsion

Zahama-Idiomas is entitled to proceed to the expulsión of a student if his or her behaviour, attitude or bad manners disturb the normal development of the classes and/or the convival at the accommodation

Internacional Insurance

Zahama-Idiomas recommends that the students bring their own internacional insurance policy covering all risks.

For members of the European Community, it is necessary to bring the E-111 form or communitary medical assistence card.

Nevertheless, for tose students from other countries who need for the obtention or renewal of their visum a medical insurance, Zahama-Idiomas offers their help to susbscribe a medical indurance policy.

The Collaboratin Agency abroad and Zahama-Idiomas reserve the right to change the contents of these Generl Conditions, without further notice. In case of cancellation of any of the announced courses, Zahama-Idiomas Hill reimburse the total amount paid in advance as a deposit.

Local, Regional and Nacional Holidays

No classes will take place on official holidays (Fiestas) and they will not be recovered. Only the Individual Courses will be rescheduled for another day.

Holidays in 2006 : January 6 (Three Kinas), February 28 (Day of Andalucia), April 14 (Holy Friday), May 1 (Labour Day), August 15 (Asunción Virgen), October 12 (Day of Christpher Columbus), November 1 (All Saints), December 8 (Inmaculate Virgen), and December 25 (Christmas).

Discounts

Zahama-Idiomas grants discounts for normal Courses of 4 weeks duration or longer, for more than one booking, and where no collaborating agency or repesentative abroad has been actino as an intermediary.
3 People: 10 %
4 persons or more: 15 %
10 % discounts for courses of 4 weeks duration or more, for previous Zahama-Idiomas’ students.

Certificate
Every student who has regularly assisted to the classes, will receive a Diploma at the end of the Course; and in any case, a certificate stating the concrete course the student has been attending at our school - Zahama-Idiomas.
